We're a small, local gardening business. We look after homes, rentals and holiday properties across metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills.
Our story
Stringybark Gardening started with a simple idea: a garden is far easier to enjoy when someone reliable is looking after it.
We named the business after the stringybark gums that line the roads through the Adelaide Hills, because this is where we live and work. Our gardeners know the difference between a garden on the plains and one up in the Hills, from the heavy clay and summer heat in the suburbs to the frost, leaf fall and higher rainfall beyond Mount Lofty.
Today we care for gardens of every size, from courtyard gardens in Unley and Norwood to large blocks in Stirling, Aldgate and Hahndorf. Some clients have us every week; others call us in each season for a thorough clean-up. Either way, they get the same careful, tidy work.

We walk the garden with you and talk through what you'd like done and how often.
Written quote
You get a clear quote for regular visits or a one-off job, with nothing hidden.
Regular care
We turn up on schedule and adjust the work as the seasons change.
Tidy finish
Green waste goes with us, paths are cleared, and we let you know anything we've noticed.
